Customisable

BPS allows the operator to customise the main
menu layout, giving control of which procedures
the operator uses most often – saving valuable
time, optimising user flow each and
every time they enter the main menu.
Operator defaults also extend throughout the system including column order a number
of data grids allowing each operator to
personalise them to best fit their working
practise and display the most important relevant data.
Other defaults include but are not limited to :
Branch, Account Manager, Account Handler, Currency etc.
Security levels by operator allow
restrictions on reports and also policy
types, stopping unauthorised access to
sensitive information and broking by
junior staff members.
